Pipeline Contractors Inc (PCI) is a full service site, utility and paving contractor.  We have completed numerous projects in Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Columbia and other surrounding counties in Northeast Florida since 1987.  Being centrally located in Starke, Florida, we are able to provide services to a very large area.

We are currently on the approved bidders lists for Jacksonville Electric Authority (J.E.A.), The City of Jacksonville, Florida Department of Corrections, Florida Department of Environmental Protection and State of Florida Management Services.

We are fully insured, carrying workers compensation and general liability insurance with an umbrella writer of $2,000,000.  PCI is bonded through Old Dominion Insurance Company and our local agent is Kessler Insurance and Bonding in Jacksonville, Florida.  Click here to review our bonding letter.

Our safety program has been approved by OSHA as well as J.E.A.  All of our foremen and pipe crews have been certified through the National Center for Construction Education and Research for construction safety orientation.

Each pipe crew maintains at least two OSHA Certified Competent Persons for excavations, soil identification, soil analysis, hazardous identification, protective systems and trench shoring.  We are pleased to say that we have had zero reportable incidents for the past seven years.
